Tales from the balcony
I love my balcony. I can see quite a lot of London including a few of the major landmarks – the London Eye, St Pauls, Battersea Powerstation and the ever-growing Shard.
We’ve lived here for a year now and one of the most interesting things to observe has been the changing seasons. It was most spectacular when London was covered in snow. Guy Fawkes night wasn’t half bad either – it was as though every single person in London was having a fireworks display in their back garden.
I also love the balcony in the Summer because we can get the BBQ out. Like today. Except we got the BBQ out and it rained. We carried on regardless.
