Jon and Charlotte’s Wedding – Part 2

I’m pleased to be able to blog the second part of Jon and Charlotte’s wedding. If you didn’t see part one already, you can see it here.

So on to part 2. Yes the Marmite cake. And the cheese and Marmite sandwiches. And of course Jon and Charlotte’s portraits where they look so very happy.

  1. That cake is WICKED. Was it Marmite flavoured, too? Congrats to Charlotte and Jon. Was that the first totally KCL wedding or have there been others?

      • Now then, without getting too metaphysical: the two aren’t necessarily mutually exclusive…

…and yes, an un-Marmitey chocolatey mouthful from my mightily matey Guv Phull (although in hindsight, could have got some altogether unique facial expressions for a wedding day had it been the other way round).

Tip top proper job Babb, and you wouldn’t believe how good it is to flick through these daily – getting back from the ‘moon made it all seem like such a very long time ago…until we saw these.

      • Yes. In a PUB. I remember it well. You stole Jon’s scarf and Darrell and I got in the way of him chatting Charlotte up on the way back to Waterloo. Still, it all turned out all right in the end, eh? x

  2. Mmm those marmite sandwiches and marmite cake look amazing – as well as all the other beautiful touches. True dedication to the marmite cause, and lovely photos – both to be admired 😀

    • Thanks so much for your lovely feedback. Sadly I didn’t get a chance to eat any of the sandwiches. I might put a marmite sandwich clause into my photography contract next time.
